1. Acceptance of terms

By using Pairvue ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service is informational, not advisory

Pairvue provides algorithmically generated, informational trading signals and market analysis. The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing delivered through the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

All trading decisions are solely your own. Trading cryptocurrency carries significant risk, including the risk of total loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. No custody, no execution

Pairvue does not hold your funds, does not execute trades on your behalf, and does not require access to your exchange accounts or API keys.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to abuse free-tier limits.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are available via Telegram Stars. Subscriptions are offered as monthly (recurring) or annual (one-time) purchases. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically through Telegram. To cancel a monthly subscription, stop renewal through Telegram's subscription management. Refunds are subject to Telegram's refund policy. We do not store payment card data.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pairvue is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any signal.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
