1. Our approach: data minimization
Pairvue collects only what is needed to deliver the Service. We do not sell your data.
2. What we collect
- Your messenger identifier (Telegram or Discord user ID) and channel — to send you signals.
- Your display name (optional) — to address you.
- Your language preference — to localize messages.
- Your subscriptions and preferences — to know what to analyze and send.
- Plan and billing status — to provide paid features (when available).
- Your email address — only if you submit it to our updates list.
3. What we do NOT collect
- Your exchange API keys (we never ask for them).
- Your wallet addresses.
- Your real name beyond what your messenger displays.
4. How we use your data
Solely to operate the Service: deliver signals, apply your preferences, gate features by plan, and communicate updates you opt into.
5. Data retention and deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@pairvue.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Anonymized usage records may be retained as required by applicable law.
6. Third parties
We use Telegram and Discord (signal delivery); Binance, ByBit, KuCoin, OKX, Coinbase, and Crypto.com (market data); and third-party cloud infrastructure providers (hosting and compute). We do not sell your data or share it with these providers beyond what is operationally necessary to run the Service.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.
